Our water-fed pole system is the most advanced technology in window cleaning. From a pump on the ground, water is fed through a filtration system and pumped through the poles where pure water is being used on the windows we are cleaning, eliminating all minerals and impurities from the water that cause windows to spot.
This system allows our crews to clean the windows faster and because the water being used is pure, we do not have to dry the windows or use squeegees to rid the windows of any excess water as the water can air dry on the windows allowing us to move on to other windows on the job.

Terms & Conditions
Terms of Service – Tiger Cleaning Services
1. General Applicability
Unless specified otherwise, all terms, conditions, cancellation policies, access requirements, and complaint procedures listed below apply to ALL services provided by Tiger Cleaning Services. This includes window cleaning, gutter clearance, solar panel cleaning, jet washing, and carpet/upholstery cleaning for both residential and commercial clients.
2. Schedule Flexibility
While we make every effort to perform our services strictly within the agreed timeframes (e.g., our regular 4, 6 or 8-weekly window cleaning schedule), we reserve the right to perform the service slightly earlier or later due to unforeseen circumstances, such as holidays, weather disruptions, or medical appointments.
3. Reminder & Access
The day before your scheduled service, you will receive a short reminder SMS. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure we have clear access to the property (e.g., unlocked garden gates) so we can complete the work as agreed.
4. Rescheduling by Customer
If you receive the reminder text and need to reschedule by a few days (e.g., if you are away on holiday), we can move your appointment by one week. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a reschedule if you contact us on the day of the scheduled service itself (same-day cancellations are subject to the fee in Section 7).
5. No Response / Limited Access
If we do not receive a response to the reminder text and are unable to access the back or specific parts of the property, we will perform the service only on the accessible areas (e.g., front and side windows/surfaces). The final bill will be adjusted accordingly based on the work completed.
6. Payment Terms
After the service is completed, you will receive an SMS or email invoice. All payments must be made to our designated bank account within 5 working days from the invoice date.
7. Same-Day Cancellation Fee
If you cancel the service on the scheduled day itself and request us not to attend (e.g., due to a family party, roadworks on the driveway, or last-minute changes), a 100% cancellation fee of the full service value will apply.
8. Quality & Reach and Wash System (Window Cleaning)
At Tiger Cleaning Services, we do our best to leave your windows and doors spotless. When using the Reach and Wash system, certain factors outside our control (such as dirt trapped inside window frame vents or historical silicone residue) can occasionally cause slight imperfections. Therefore, we reserve the right to decline complaints regarding this specific cleaning method.
9. Complaints & Rectification
If you are not entirely satisfied with any of our services, you must report the issue on the same day the service was completed. We will inspect the problem and, if necessary, reclean/re-service the specific area free of charge within 48 hours.
10. Weather Policy
We operate in most weather conditions, including light to moderate rain. For external services using our pure water or jet washing systems, rain will not affect the final quality of the work. However, in cases of severe weather (such as torrential rain or high winds), we will contact you to reschedule for safety reasons.
11. Refer-a-Friend Scheme
We highly appreciate clients who recommend our services to family and friends. For every confirmed and completed job resulting from your referral, we will reward you with a £10 discount on your next regular service.
